Since graduating from the University of Queensland in 2007, Erin has spent the majority of her career in the glorious Samford Valley treating everything from horses and alpacas to dogs, cats, chickens and guinea pigs. After some time away in a small animal practice in North Brisbane, she has come back to care for the valley animals with her high level of surgical skills and competent knowledge. While there is very little Dr Erin dislikes in her job, she has a passion for understanding and treating cruciate ligament disease in dogs, orthopaedic surgery, and helping patients get back on their paws. She has a soft spot for the senior pets and likes to try and make a visit to the vet as stress free as possible. Outside of work, you can find her cuddling whippets, riding her horse, helping down at the local pony club, or most often, watching her kid’s sports events.
Dr Dan has always been passionate about internal medicine and diagnostic imaging. With a particular skill in ultrasonography he can perform abdominal ultrasounds in clinic for accurate and prompt diagnoses. After a decade in general practice, Dr Dan transitioned to become the veterinary director of two major veterinary emergency centers in Brisbane where he broadened his skills in emergency and critical care. General practice is his true passion and Dr Dan takes great pride in providing patients and the community with exceptional care. While capable of being serious, he also believes that laughter is the best medicine for both humans and pets alike.
We are excited to welcome Dr. Andi to our team! With over 40 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Dr. Andi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice. She is highly skilled in all areas of general veterinary care, but her true passion is in small animal soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
Dr. Andi’s exceptional technical skills, combined with her compassionate and caring approach to both pets and their owners, make her an invaluable asset to our veterinary team.
Dr Jen’s love of animals began with her scruffy family dog, Poppy. He loved camping trips to the beautiful North Queensland beaches and would ride everywhere with Jen and her siblings in the basket of their bikes. A lovable rascal, Poppy sometimes took himself on solo adventures and would occasionally turn up at school uninvited.
Jen graduated from the University of Queensland’s veterinary program in 1994 and began her career as a mixed animal vet in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales and in Canberra, where she met her husband. In 1999, they moved to Brisbane, where Jen shifted her focus to small animal medicine, working exclusively with dogs and cats.
She has a keen interest in internal medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. Jen has a soft spot for senior pets and is passionate about supporting them through their later years.
Jen and her husband have two adult sons and enjoy spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she loves travelling, camping, hiking, jet skiing, and snow skiing.
Belinda has a strong interest in soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, wound management, dermatology and canine behaviour. While enjoying the other passions in life with a young family and a love of photography, Belinda will be at the clinic on Wednesdays. We are so pleased to have such a skilled and caring professional on our team.
